Raw materials
FTC products are manufactured in China using high-quality imported equipment and raw materials, selected to give consistent results batch after batch.

Engineered friction
Moulded, asbestos-free compounds are matched to original-equipment form, fit and function. Premium pads use Positive Molding Technology for even density and wear.

Dynamometer testing
Friction compounds are dynamometer tested to meet or exceed OE specifications, and noise-dampening shims are fitted where applicable.

Approvals and warranty
Approvals including E-Mark ECE R90, AMECA, SGS and the Leaf mark sit behind the brand, and every product carries a replacement warranty.

Backed by a written replacement warranty
Every FTC product carries a one-year replacement warranty against defects in materials and workmanship: 35,000 km on brake pads and 70,000 km on brake shoes, lining, discs, drums and master cylinders, whichever comes first. If a defect is confirmed we replace the product or credit its price.

Are FTC brake pads and shoes asbestos free?
Yes, FTC brake pads and shoes are asbestos free. FTC pads, shoes and linings use asbestos-free friction formulas, and the Premium pads and shoes are specifically 100% asbestos free.
What warranty do FTC products carry?
FTC products carry a replacement warranty of one year or 35,000 km on brake pads (70,000 km on brake shoes, lining, discs, drums and master cylinders), whichever comes first, against defects in materials or workmanship, counted from the date of delivery. Race use is not covered.
Which certificates does FTC hold?

What is the difference between brake pads, brake shoes and brake lining?
Brake pads work in disc brakes and press against a flat disc. Brake shoes work in drum brakes and press outward against the inside of a drum. Brake lining is the friction layer riveted or bonded to a shoe, mostly on heavy-vehicle drum brakes. FTC makes all three.
Does FTC handle export orders and distribution outside the UAE?

Are FTC products suitable for buses and trucks?
Yes. FTC Premium brake shoes and moulded brake lining are made for commercial vehicles, including buses, trucks, tractors and trailers. Premium Carbon Ceramic pads are for cars and SUVs, not for heavy vehicles.
